Accommodation
Let us take away the anxiety you may feel while your pet is on it's holiday by providing a dedicated environment indoors to make them feel as part of the family, with the opportunity for playtime in the garden in summer. All pets will remain separated in their designated hotel spaces during their stay unless they are bonded as a pair/trio.
Important Notes About Our Accomodation

We are proud to provide a hutch free boarding experience, our enclosures are made up into pens which are light, airy and spacious! We do put a blanket over half of the pens for the bunnies to give them more privacy and fully cover at night.

All boarding is indoor within our home. Offering heating in the winter and cooling in the summer

It is important that indoor pets are to be boarded indoors. Moving to an outdoor boarding facility and especially at winter times when temperature can significantly drop can cause high stress to you pets leading to illness.

All of our pens are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between hotel guests with vet grade cleaning products.

Some pets prefer to drink out of a water bottle or bowl. We will ask you on arrival which your pet prefers and make sure their faviourite is in with them for their stay!

Pens are made up and taken down as guest come and go. As a basis you can expect that each:

rabbit enclosure is at least 1.3m x 0.92m

guinea pig enclosure is at least 1.2m x 0.72m
(we always try to do the best for the animals in our care and therefore at periods of low bookings we have more space and are therefore able to provide bigger pens for our guests but this is subject to availability)

Special Requirements
If your pet has any special needs whilst on holiday please do mention this prior to drop off and we will do our best to provide for your pets needs.
During your pets stay we will provide fresh hay, veggies/salads, bottles, bowls, toys. We request that any pellet food is provided by the owner to prevent a change in your pets normal diet during their stay.

We use high quality Timothy Hay purchased from 'HayBox' in coarse cut. This is the best hay we have come across after trialing many others and all of our guests have loved it so far!
Arrival and Departure
Pick up and drop off times are to be discussed directly with ourselves at the time of booking, if the booking is far in advance we are happy to make the arrangements closer to the time. We ask that any change in pick up or drop of times is communicated as soon as possible - we are usually very accommodating with timings if notified in advance.
What to Bring
We provide the majority of things for your pets stay such as hay, fresh veggies, water bottles/bowls, litter/boxes, hides, toys, blankets however there are a few little bits that are required:
