Our Pet Boarding Service Terms and Conditions

• Fluffy Friends Hotel will provide safe, clean, and appropriate boarding conditions for your pet(s).

• Your rabbit must be up to date with vaccinations against Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (VHD) and the RVHD2 vaccine. Make sure you have shown me proof of your rabbit's up to date vaccination certificate/proof of vaccines prior to arrival or please bring with you at drop off.

• You must inform us if your pet has any existing medical conditions, each case will be taken into account and I will do my best to accommodate their needs. If they require medicine during their stay I am happy to administer it.

• If guests become unwell during their stay with me and require a trip to the vet, I will do my utmost to make contact with you on the emergency telephone number if stated on your booking form. If we are unable to get hold of you in an emergency we will act under the advice of the vet consulted. By signing our care sheet form at drop off you are consenting for me to use my discretion and take your pet to the vet if necessary. An animal's welfare is our primary concern and we will always put what is best for them first.

• Owners will be responsible for costs incurred for veterinary visits/treatment upon collection of guests. If your pet becomes unwell he or she will be seen by a vet.

• Fluffy Friends Hotel will take no responsibility of any pet’s pregnancy as all my animals are kept separate unless otherwise stated by you.

• Fluffy Friends Hotel reserve the right to take action deemed fit in respect of your pet in the event of non-collection or contact by yourselves after 7 days from the arranged date of collection. My arrangement will be to try and re-home your pet.

• Fluffy Friends Hotel accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill or dies during their stay as the environment is safe and is kept clean; all pets are left entirely at the owner's risk.  I will contact you or your emergency contact immediately and will do my utmost to follow your wishes. 

• The balance of your boarding fee will be payable on your arrival. Cash or bank transfer is accepted. 

• Daily price includes: Litter, bedding, hay, fresh vegetable and herbs, enrichment toys and cuddles!.

• We ask that you bring your pet's own usual dried food to ensure consistency with their diet.

• Fluffy Friends Hotel reserve the right to refuse to accept any pet(s) that may, in our mind, shows any signs of illness or injury. This is to safeguard any other boarders.

• Fluffy Friends Hotel will not be held responsible for any fights between bonded animals housed together. If we see signs of fighting we reserve the right to separate the pair and the owner is liable for the additional charge for separate accommodation/provisions. You will be contacted via your emergency contact details if this occurs.

• Please note that prices are per day, drop of and pick up days are charged separately regardless of the pick up/drop off time.  

• We require a deposit payment of £10 to reserve your pets boarding space. Unless this deposit has been paid the booking is not confirmed. Deposits are non-refundable. 

• If you wish to extend your pets stay at Fluffy Friends Hotel please inform us ASAP to make arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate.The corrosponding daily costs will be added to your pets stay. If you wish to collect your pet early from their booking Fluffy Friends Hotel is not liable for any reimbursement of boarding fees.
