A non-refundable booking deposit of £10 is required to confirm your pets hotel room at Fluffy Friends Hotel. The full payment can be paid for up front at the time of booking or the remaining payment can be paid at the time of pet drop off.

Drop off and pick up days are charged as separate days.

In the circumstance that your pet is to be collected from their holiday earlier than the arranged date we are unable to offer a refund, as we would have booked out the space for the entire stay.

Important notice - We only accept Rabbits who are up to date on their myxomatosis and R(V)HD vaccines. The vaccines are to be had at least 8 days prior to your pets stay and evidence is to be provided prior / at drop off.
